One system for every trade in your firm
Multitrado runs a multi-trade firm from one place: book the job, send the right engineer for each trade, issue the certificate on site and invoice the moment the work is done.

Features
From the first email to the paid invoice
Most job software is built for one trade. Multitrado is built for the firm where one visit needs an electrician, a gas engineer and a certificate for each.
Booking from the inbox
Turn a works order email into a job in a few clicks, with the address, client and services filled in.
A board that knows the trades
Every engineer is a lane, tagged with the trades they cover. A job that needs a gas engineer and an electrician splits across both.
An app for the engineers
The day's jobs, directions, Start and Stop, photos and notes, built for a phone in one hand on a doorstep.
Certificates done on site
EICRs, gas safety records, EPCs and the rest filled in during the visit and sent to the client when it ends.
Invoiced when the work stops
The invoice is drafted from the job the moment the engineer finishes, with a pay link for private customers.
Know what each job made
Time on site, parts and labour against what was charged, per job, per engineer and per trade.
How it works
Book it, send it, finish it
- 1
Book it
From an email, a phone call or a client's request. One job, however many trades it needs.
- 2
Send it
Drop it on the right engineer's lane. Multitrado only offers the engineers who cover that trade.
- 3
Finish it
The engineer stops the job on their phone. The certificate and the invoice go out together.
FAQ
Questions firms ask
When can we start using it?
We are building Multitrado now and will bring firms on in small groups. Firms on the waitlist hear first and help shape what is built.
Which trades does it cover?
Electrical, gas and heating, plumbing and the compliance work around them: certificates, risk assessments and testing. If your firm does something else as well, tell us when you join the waitlist.
How much will it cost?
Pricing will be published before launch. Waitlist firms will see it first.
Can we bring our existing jobs and clients?
That is the plan: clients, sites and open jobs brought across from what you use today. Tell us what that is when you join the waitlist.
